Bandit's Road Trip to Scrapbook Expo

After my adventures in New York City I decided to hit the road again and head to Grapevine, Texas for the Scrapbook Expo!

We were up bright and early and headed to the booth!
Wasn't my first breakfast choice but the hotel was all out of Kibble!

Then it was off to the booth!

I made myself useful and hung out by the Crafty Bands display!

Then they put me to work doing make and takes with Crafty Bands!

They even let me work the register but without thumbs it was hard to push the right buttons.

I made lots of new friends who love Crafty Bands!

They let me take a break and check out the Crafty Bands website!

It was a great trip to the Lone Star state! I love being out on the road and meeting new friends! Next stop- Northern California for the Scrapbook Expo in Pleasanton, March 15-16.

Until next time!

Home From Toy Fair!

I made it back from New York safe and sound but all I want to do is take a nap! I had a great time on my very first adventure and can't wait to hit the road again. Here are some last photos of our booth at the show.

These were the invitations sent out to our buyers. Crafty Bands aren't just bracelets- they make great invitations and party favors too!

Our theme was Crafty Bands Takes New York so we had lots of NY themed items in the booth!

Even the Wall Street bull loves Crafty Bands!

Crafty Bands on display!

That's Davis, our very own Crafty Bands girl!

Crafty Bands loves New York and New York loved Crafty Bands!

Crafty Bands are available in six fun colors!

Perfect for girls ages 8-12!

I am home for a few days then it's off to Texas for the Scrapbook Expo in Grapevine, February 22nd-23rd! You can get information on the show here:

Until next time-

Three Down, One To Go!

Today was the third day of Toy Fair! I didn't have a lot of time to get out of the booth today but I was promised that they will take me out for a walk tomorrow!

I did make it to the middle of the lobby today where the main entrance is at.

Here is a shot of the middle of the lobby looking out towards the front doors.

Toy Fair is celebrating it's 110th Birthday!

And this was the coolest thing I saw today. They are building bricks (like the kind you all know) but they have lights inside and they glow! They are really cool, come with lots of pieces to build, and are extremely well priced. They are called "Laser Pegs" www.laserpegs.com
They had an amazing dragon built in the lobby!

The picture doesn't really do it justice- but it was huge and amazing!

I promise I wil try to get some more pictures in tomorrow when I have more time to walk around.

Until Then-

Bandit

Adventures By Me! Toy Fair 2013

Today was the second "real" day of Toy Fair in NYC! I was super busy in the booth so I didn't get to walk around too much but hopefully I will get out more tomorrow!

They are making amazing chalk art in the lobby!

I found new friends at My Own Pet. They make helium balloons in the shape of animals that "walk" behind you. They are so cute!

I visited our friends at Kikbo. They make toys "for fun and fitness" that let you work out and have fun at the same time.

Hand Trux lets you dig in the dirt (without claws)!

And here are a few pictures from the Crafty Bands booth. Crafty Bands lets you create truly unique, customizable charm bracelets for girls ages 8-12!

Here is a quick video of things you will only see together at Toy Fair- a giant Power Ranger, jazz band, and R2 D2!

Until Tomorrow!

Crafty Bands at Toy Fair Day Three!

Today was the first "real" day of the Toy Fair in NYC!
We started off the morning with demos, demos, and more demos of Crafty Bands!

I even got a new outfit for the show!

I made new friends!

I hung out in the booth!

Until tomorrow!

Toy Fair Day Two!

So today was the second day of both set-up for Toy Fair New York! I started the day bright and early at the Press Room doing a preview of Crafty Bands for the P.R. staff at Toy Fair.
I am the P.R. master!

Then it was back to the booth for some last minute finishing touches before the show opens tomorrow morning!
I did all this work myself!

After the booth was finished, I got to walk around a bit.

I met this guy!

Tried to take a joy ride in the Lite Brix car- it glows!

And hit up the free samples in the lobby!

Set-up is finished and I am looking forward to meeting lots of people at our booth tomorrow!

I've Arrived!

After a lot of of excitement with getting to the airport, finding out my flight was cancelled, taking a shuttle to another airport, and barely making that flight- I was on my way to NYC!
My Boarding Pass!
Just in time for the great Blizzard of 2013! Does anyone else think it's funny that the storm wrecking havoc on Toy Fair is named "Nemo"?

My snowy cab ride to Javits Center!

But once I arrived it was full steam ahead with booth set-up!

Bandit is in the house!

I helped unpack the crate.

Nope, no Kibble in here!
I stuffed our I "Heart" NY tote bag giveaways!

Shop til you drop!

I jumped over the wall and made new friends!

Howdy Neighbor!

And after a long day I got a ride back to the hotel in one of our booth giveaway tote bags!

Day one is in the bag!

And I almost forgot- I starred in my own video! Here is a quick behind the scenes video of booth
set-up starring me!

Booth Set-Up Day One!

Well, I am off to curl up and go to bed. I have another big day ahead of me tomorrow!
Until then!

The Adventure Begins February 7th!

Hi! I'm Bandit, the official mascot of Crafty Bands! Here are a few fun facts about me:

Favorite Things: long walks, naps in the sun, and kibble. Lots and lots of kibble!

Talents: sleeping, fetching a ball, and tearing up pillows!

How I spend my time: mostly sleeping...a lot of sleeping.

My Motto: Everyone is unique! That's why I love Crafty Bands. You can create custom jewelry that shows off your friends, favorite things, or whatever your imagination can dream up!

For the first time ever I will be heading out onto the open road. Next week, they are letting me visit Toy Fair in New York City! I've never been that far away from home so I am super excited to have lots of fun adventures and meet new people. Here is my wish list for the trip:

1. I want to meet this guy!

2. And figure out a way to play in this house!
3. And eat a lot of this!

Have you ever been to New York City? What do you think should be on my "must see" list?

The adventure begins February 7th! I can't wait!
